As mentioned in our separate contact via email, we do add a fresh lemon to this product at the point of dispatch (and we buy these in fresh every couple of days). I'm sorry you found yourself in an embarassing situation and will review the product description and, as you suggest, look at adding a label to the packaging so it is 100% clear that the product contains a fresh item.
