The delivery was good but please see below. I think I should have asked for a refund but as it was a present for a relative it was all a bit awkward.

Hello. Thanks for your feedback - we appreciate you taking the time to contact us. The traditional paella pan in this kit does need to be oiled after use and is not suitable for dishwashers - there should have been care instructions on the pan itself, please accept my apologies if this wasn't the case. We will send you out a replacement pan with the relevant care instructions - we will contact you to arrange this (and to get the details of your friend so we can send them out a replacement pan too) Kind regards Paul Medhurst Whisk Hampers
