Hi Chris, We're thrilled the slabs are what you were looking for and we can only apologise for the lack of communication by the carrier, we've been instructed due to COVID 19 to leave customer delivery liaising to the courier as they are prioritising food and medical goods and they can't guarantee the day currently.
