Hi Sean, Thank you for your feedback. I can understand your frustration and we hold our hands up that we sent you 2 different colours in error. All paving suppliers we deal with (ourselves included) have the policy that once it is laid we're not responsible as they should've been checked whilst laying and even with dust they would look different to each other, picture 3 still clearly shows a difference in colour and as this was at the start of a new pack this should have been obvious
Despite our 'once laid' policy we delivered a pack completely free of charge to rectify our initial error at a cost to us of £750. This mistake on our part could have been very easily rectified, and we feel we couldn't have been fairer given the circumstances and are dissapointed you felt the need to leave a 1 star review.
