Hi. Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m really sorry to hear about the disappointment caused with your order. I completely understand how frustrating it must be to receive two of the same £2 coins. As the 2026 Certified BU Annual Coin Set is sold and certified as one complete item, we’re unfortunately unable to replace individual coins from the set. To ensure the integrity and certification of the product, the full set does need to be returned to us so we can arrange a complete exchange for you. Once the set is back with us, we’ll make sure a full replacement is issued as quickly as possible so you can receive the correct set in full. I appreciate this isn’t the ideal solution and I’m sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
