As a result of you highlighting this, we have checked all current AI generated images closely for defects and those with defects will be dropped from our range with any stock cleared through a sale. We will also add a more obvious flag to each remaining AI generated image on our website. Please contact us directly so that we can offer you something for suffering this poor quality experience. Please note, a recent customer survey highlighted that a reasonable number of our customers do not want AI images. As a result, we have decided to phase AI images from our range and from January 2026 no new puzzles will be added with AI generated images. The only exception to this will be abstract images which are selected for their repetitive patterns and therefore make wonderfully extra difficult puzzles.
