Watsons is a firm of independent property professionals. Established since 1890, Watsons is a multi disciplined firm providing residential and commercial property services covering sales, block and estate management, lettings, valuations, surveys and a range of specialist professional services. Our branch offices are Norfolk based, but our services extend over a wider geographical area; surveying and managing property across five counties. It is through our local knowledge within East Anglia and our experience of property that we have built a positive reputation in the industry. Our Head Office is based in Norwich, located above our Norwich agency branch. We have five other agency offices positioned in North Walsham, Cromer, Aylsham, Sheringham and Holt. We currently employ and work alongside consultants that provide us with an experienced workforce of between 70-100 people. Our Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuers operate across 13 counties in England from Essex in the south to Northumberland in the north. The firm and our employees are members of professional and regulatory bodies. These include the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the National Association of Estate Agents, the Association of Residential Letting Agents, the Association of Accounting Technicians, the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, the Chartered Institute of Marketing and The Chartered Institute of Housing.
