Great company, great watch, terrible courier partner
Great from watch pilot’s end. They should find a new courier as I paid for next day delivery and had my work week disrupted by Royal Mail’s incompetence.

Sorry you didn't get your watch delivered at the expected (and paid for) time. It's frustrating for
us all when this happens.
Royal Mail are usually very effective especially with Next Day deliveries - and we've tried many
courier firms, believe me!
Glad the watch made up for this minor irritation in the end.
Would have been 5 stars but of the two watches I brought one of them was the wrong watch.
However, I got in touch via phone and spoke with Will who very quickly arranged the collection of the wrong...

I ordered what I though was the right replacement GARMIN watch strap - it arrived it was too small
apparently there are 2 thicknesses of the same strap - I have followed the instruction to arrange...
