They charged me extra nearly £9 for Saturday delivery but I didn’t get the delivery till Sunday

Thank you for your review.
I have looked into this with our courier DPD who confirm that there was an attempt of delivery on Saturday 12th June however no body was available to take the delivery. Delivery was then rescheduled for Sunday 13th which was successful.
I apologise for DPD not being able to deliver on the Saturday however I am not sure how in this case we could have provided a better service
