Hi Megan, thank you for your reply to my review, I don’t think it was anything that your company did wrong but the fact that as we are an island we use to get out post by plane but now it comes by the boat and if it is delayed by bad weather it can take up to 5 days or more to get to the Isle of Man therefore in future I will stick to my bulbs and ect and not by live plants Thank you Sue
