Thank you for your reply, I had to call customer service since it had been a month without any reply from Usborne. Turns out the books had been delivered but in a very obscure place (behind the bins at the side of the house). So we never saw them and they were ruined by the weather. So Usborne processed the order again and I have now received the books.
