To simplify the process for our overseas customers, we’ve introduced a standard fee that covers a tracked and insured return service, ensuring your parcel reaches us safely and is processed more quickly.
If you prefer, you can return items using a courier of your choice, paying them directly for the shipping cost.
We recommend choosing a tracked service and keeping a postage receipt for your records. Please note that refunds for returns sent this way are processed manually and may take up to 14 working days once received at our warehouse.
