Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Bob, sorry for the late reply, I have been traveling. Fair review, sometimes it’s hard to compete with your favourite! One thing to keep in mind is that once our taste buds become accustomed to something (i.e. coffee which you have been drinking for years), sometimes anything different can take a bit of getting used to, regardless of whether it is in fact better or worse. Sometimes it’s taken me a few days of drinking something new to realise that I like. This may or may not apply to you, but just something to keep in mind. Thanks, Toby : )
