Hi there, Thanks for your feedback on our return timeframes. To clarify, and while we’re always happy to assist with a damaged item claim, we understand not everyone has the time or opportunity to immediately check an order upon receipt, so we do allow this period, and we do mention the importance of this in the confirmation email of your order. This condition is in place as sometimes items may be lost or broken after being received. Such as during renovations cartons can be shuffled from room to room and internal carton components damaged (such as glass diffusers!) and we try and mitigate these circumstances. Upon checking with our sales team, we confirm we have already approved the request and we’re waiting for you to respond with some pictures. Upon doing so they can assist you further.
