Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. The fan is not designed to accommodate 7-8 Amps approximately having a 24w motor, which is why you may have encountered issues with installation. We do offer after-sales support via chat, email and phone and are always happy to answer any technical queries, particularly around installation. Our courier service is generally very fast and seamless and luckily for us and our customers, it’s not often we hear this sort of thing.
