Thanks for your feedback. This fan is an inline fan and does not come with a backdraft shutter as advertised. We do offer assistance prior to purchase via chat, email and phone for any specific queries to ensure you are purchasing what’s right for your purpose. This includes any questions around installation which we can source from you from the manufacturer (if not listed), so you know what to expect when setting it up.
