We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Over priced fan colour faded within months

I do not expect an $800 ceiling fan to fade from a wood tone to a yellow green colour in a year when installed indoors, bright room, away from direct sunlight. To be fair the fan was replaced, but...
