Don’t rent flats with known significant problems. Address problems immediately. Provide partial refunds when you fail to deliver.

Staff has been helpful. We asked for an extra duvet and that has been provided for. The shower room in apartment no 3 was too small. They suggested we'd book another apartment on our next stay.
