Dear Guest, thank you for your constructive feedback about the room as it helps us grow the property. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the beds; these had been upgraded recently, directly prompted by guest feedback. We are also in the process of installing a water pump, which will greatly increase the water pressure within the flat.
Following your own review, we would be glad to update the kitchen-ware within the flat to make it more suitable for a luxury property. However, please note that any cleaning concerns should be flagged to our staff immediately, and we would be happy to resolve them free of charge.
Cable television has not been something we regularly are requested for, but the TVs are compatible with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and other streaming platforms. We would be open to including this additional service if it becomes more desired.
Lastly, as the staff member who was working on site during your stay, let me reassure you that this is a pleasant position, one which I enjoy greatly.
