Great communication and very good welcome by the team. Instructions were clear. The apartment was awesome, neat, cozy, pristine and well kempt. Scheduled cleaning as well.

Check in的時間太硬了,提早要收錢,晚到也要收錢,就算五星級飯店也沒有那麼硬,我們搭飛機怎麼知道飛機會不會延遲或是提早就算五星級飯店也沒有這麼硬

This requires coordinating staff availability, which is why we ask for specific arrival times. Our check-in window is between 16:00-21:00, and we only charge for early or late arrivals outside of these hours. We understand that travel plans can be unpredictable, and we strive to accommodate our guests as much as possible. Unlike hotels, which often have 24-hour reception desks, our process is more hands-on to ensure you have all the information you need for a comfortable stay.
