Poor quality Turtle Mat
Product not fit for purpose. Once rug is cut they won’t honour the warranty, even though these rugs are made to be cut to size.

As mentioned on our website, our indoor mats can be cut but this does invalidate your guarantee. Sadly, I can't find any details that an issue with your mat has been raised to us prior to this review.
