Following my feedback above, I did receive a phone call the next day from my booking consultant. She claimed to have tried to call me on the 28th Feb, but didn't bother to leave a message. On checking my phone log, there were no missed calls from her. When I asked if her supervisor had checked the original call transcript, she said they had. I again asked her to have her supervisor phone me which she said would happen. A week has since passed by and I haven't heard back from her supervisor Mark. I feel really let down by the promises being made that they don't follow through on. Surely the business would wanting to be retain customers rather than driving them away. ,
