We have taken on board your comments raised regarding better signage at the venue and will raise this with the supplier at the venue. Regarding the upsells of extras on the day, these are offered to all customers attending the venue by the supplier at the venue. This is an additional stream of income for them independent of the experience that is sold through our website as the acting agency, and whilst there is no obligation to take them up on the offer, it is offered to all customers out of courtesy. Regarding the upsells of extras on the day, specifically the sighting laps you purchased, these are offered to all customers attending the venue by the supplier at the venue. This is an additional stream of income for them independent of the experience that is sold through our website as the acting agency, and whilst there is no obligation to take them up on the offer, it is offered to all customers out of courtesy. With regards to availability at specific venues for the experience, to reiterate our point in our earlier reply, event dates for Junior experiences with the supplier typically run on weekends or during the school holidays. At some venues, there may be more dates running than others. It is stated quite clearly on the copy for this experience on our website under the section "General" as follows: "Please do not buy this experience if you only able to travel to one of the venue choices, they must be flexible as the voucher is subject to venue availability." What the supplier at the venue will always make explicitly clear to customers such as yourself is that, if there are any issues you experience on the day, then you are to raise these with them before you leave the venue. In almost all cases, they will be able to resolve any issues experienced on the day there and then, so as to avoid the situation escalating into less than positive feedback as it has done here. Furthermore, it is worth noting that the vehicles are put through a lot of high-energy manoeuvres every day, not just on the experience you booked on for, but others like it from the same supplier, so they will be subject to more natural wear and tear and need for maintenance or repairs than would normally be the case. The suppliers at the venue will always endeavour to have high performance replacements if necessary in the case of warning lights, delays, curtailments or other mechanical issues. What they have also advised us is that the instructor you had on the day is one that has been with them for many years, who has until now not had any negative feedback and is actually popular with customers. The manager at the supplier has also advised us that they were running front of house on the day of your event, and that they spoke to you after your drive and you only had positive feedback at the time.
