Regarding the upsells of extras on the day, specifically the sighting laps you purchased, these are offered to all customers attending the venue by the supplier at the venue. This is an additional stream of income for them independent of the experience that is sold through our website as the acting agency, and whilst there is no obligation to take them up on the offer, it is offered to all customers out of courtesy.
With regards to availability at specific venues for the experience, to reiterate our point in our earlier reply, event dates for Junior experiences with the supplier typically run on weekends or during the school holidays. At some venues, there may be more dates running than others. It is stated quite clearly on the copy for this experience on our website under the section "General" as follows: "Please do not buy this experience if you only able to travel to one of the venue choices, they must be flexible as the voucher is subject to venue availability."
What the supplier at the venue will always make explicitly clear to customers such as yourself is that, if there are any issues you experience on the day, then you are to raise these with them before you leave the venue. In almost all cases, they will be able to resolve any issues experienced on the day there and then, so as to avoid the situation escalating into less than positive feedback as it has done here. Otherwise, it makes it very difficult to try and effectively resolve any issues when the event has passed.
