The shoes I have received are fine. The problem is that I ordered 2 pairs on a 2 pairs for £60 offer. I received the first pair then got a letter telling me the other pair was out of stock. I therefore got charged at the single pair rate without being consulted. it was too late to send back the first pair as I had already worn them.

I am sorry to hear that the shoes were not as good as expected. Our returns system should not be complicated; simply return the shoes with the pre paid returns label supplied (or call to receive another) and enclose your details, the reason for return and what you would like in place of the shoes. Or alternatively call customer services to arrange a collection. Our number is 0871 911 7044, the return could not be easier.
