Sorry to hear that they did not quite fit. Sadly, as you would have encountered elsewhere, sizing on all types of clothing so vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. However, because of this we do offer a free returns service along with the Samuel Windsor 30 day worn or unworn guarantee. Having looked at your account I can see that we have received the shoes back and the refund was processed back onto your card on the 30th of January.
