Delivery and service was excellent – and the shoes all looked great. I had problems with the fit however. I have previously bought shoes from SW and he fit was excellent. This time however, two pairs were fine, one pair (Henley slip on) were far too narrow while the final pair were quite tight at the front/toe area but slipped at the back on the heels. I have decided to return the Henley slip ons and use heel grips on the other. The return service is not very satisfactory. I have requested a pickup this week and stated that the only day anyone is available at home is the Thursday, but I was told that no day can be specified. This rather makes things hit and miss.
