All the products i purchaced turned up within a week to 10 days which was good,but it all had to be sent back for either being too big or too small.I am still waiting for one of the pairs of shoes...

All the products i purchaced turned up within a week to 10 days which was good,but it all had to be sent back for either being too big or too small.I am still waiting for one of the pairs of shoes but the other pair were replaced and they fitted ok.It just seems to take a couple of weeks to get the things replaced but other than that i have been kept informed when the replacements are on their way.

It is very disappointing to hear that your shoes have failed, especially within such a short amount of time. I will arrange for a pre paid returns label to be posted out to you. This label can be used to return them back to us via Royal Mail free of charge if you wish to do so. We will have no qualms in replacing the slippers for a new pair.
