I can see from the notes on your account that you have been in touch to arrange the return and as soon as we receive them back, the refund will be processed back onto your card as requested. Unfortunately that is one of the disadvantages of mail order; not having the opportunity to try the shoes on before making your purchase. However, because of this we do offer a free returns service along with the Samuel Windsor 30 day worn or unworn guarantee.

Sorry to hear that you were not happy with the fit of the shirt. As the shirts are taylored with tails and a city fit, they may seem a little larger than normal. If you are not entirely happy with them, please feel free to send them back and we will be more than willing to exchange or refund them.
