When my shoes arrived, which were Black Chelsea Boots, I was most impressed with the packaging, the look and feel, of what appeared to be real quality shoes. I had ordered the suede Chelsea Boot under your two pairs for £60.00 deal but you could not deliver these as you have apparently have sold out. However in fairness to you, you sent me a cheque for a refund of £30.00 very quickly. It was several days before I wore my Chelsea Boots and I have to say I was very disappointed. The inner sole of the left boot, i.e the part with your name written upon it, had came away i.e. unstuck. The padding part of the inner sole underneath, had then moved to the side exposing the nails holding the sole to the heel. This made for a great deal of discomfort and indeed I am in the process of returning them to you. I am unsure as yet, as to whether to give you the benefit of the doubt and order another pair of the same shoes i.e. Black Chelsea Boots on the premise that I was unfortunately sent a rogue pair, or to ask for a full refund.
