We charge your card at the point of despatch for the whole amount. Sadly, it would be impossible for us to check on every order to see if it has been delivered before charging the cards. We despatch millions of consignments a year. The pair that are still outstanding are still due in towards the end of the month and as soon as they come in, they will be sent straight out to you.
