Sorry to see that the shoes did not quite fit. Unfortunately because of the nature of mail order, you are unable to try the shoes on before you buy them, as you would on the high street. Also the fact that they did not reach you in perfect condition. I have taken a look at your account and it appears that we are still waiting for them to arrive back with us. I have taken a look at your account and it appears that we are still waiting for the shoes to arrive back. This could be because of the recent problems we have had with deliveries with the weather. But if you could supply us with the 12 digit number from the receipt the couriers should have given you, I will be able to chase it up and hopefully speed up the replacements.
