Our apologies for the problems you have encountered. The size mix up must have happened at the manufacturers and gone unnoticed at our end. With the collection service, it can take up to 3 days for the courier to arrive; but if this is not convenient you can obviously return items through the post office with the free postage label enclosed with every order. Most people find this easier as it is quicker and they do not have to wait in for a courier to turn up. Kind Regards Samuel Windsor
