Charged £5.00 for a so called 72 hour service ? my delivery took SIX days or should I say 144 hours ! Shoes are very comfortable and I do appreciate extra laces

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I have taken a look into this because it is rare for us to miss the delivery times when the express delivery is selected. Your order was placed on a Saturday and as the weekends are not working days, the 3 working day delivery would have started from the Monday and your goods delivered in time. However, as a gesture of goodwill and to try and make you a little happier with us, I will arrange for the difference you paid to be refunded back onto your card. Kind Regards Samuel Windsor
