Our sincere apologies for the delay. I have taken a look at your account and it seems that there seems to have been a number of problems with both our couriers and our despatched systems. It looks as though that everything that could have gone wrong, has. However, I can confirm that the black classic brogues should be with you within 3 working days, but sadly the tan classic lace are now completely sold out and a refund has been processed back onto your card. I have taken a look at your account and can see that the last email was sent on the 18th of May to say that our expected delivery date is the 21st of June. As soon as we do receive them, we will send them one straight away suppliers and can assure you that we are doing all we can to receive the delivery as soon as possible.
