Having looked at your account I can see that the boots were actually returned back to us by our couriers as they we unable to deliver for some reason. We are obviously very sorry to hear that! If it was to do with the jumpers you ordered, our apologies for not being able to send them. We had a very high response to our end of line sale with these jumpers and sold out far quicker than anyone expected. However, if this ever occurs, we will always endeavour to contact the customer as soon as possible and I can see that a letter was sent to you on the 20th of May.
