I am sorry to hear about your experience. We do send the policy certificate and PDS to all our customers. Also, I can confirm you can use your policy number, last name and DOB to retrieve your policy documents on our website. No, I did not receive the policy certificate and PDS but I received payment receipt. Policy Number, Last Name and DOB did not work and I tried it multiple times. When I called Tick, they even told me that it would not work and I would have to use the quote number that's why they gave the quote number to me so I can retrieve the certificate.

No, I did not receive the policy certificate and PDS but I received payment receipt. Policy Number, Last Name and DOB did not work and I tried it multiple times. The room is smelly it literally smells like a dead body has been here for a month, the air conditioner is broken I’m very unhappy as I will be checking out today and finding somewhere else to stay...
I needed an amendment and it was quickly fixed. Really affordable prices that cover a lot!! Very happy with the customer service here and would highly recommend. Thank you!
