The details of the insurance contents were clear. At this stage travel hasn't commenced, but obviously I am hopeful that I won't need the insurance, but what I purchased looks to give excellent cover.

The website is not compatible with mobile devices,this creates time wasting repeat entry's.
Complete rip-off. Took my money, issued a receipt for a different amount and sent me a link to a policy that doesn't give me the coverage I paid for. Have not been responsive to my complaints.
