I found the travel insurance easy to understand and as comprehensive as any other at a much more expensive price. As yet have not travelled and hopefully no need to claim so can’t rate after care of...
Very poor customer service, I was told I am not covered because my flights were cancelled due to flooding. I am covered for severe weather conditions but that apparently does not cover flooding.
