The service was pretty good and very easy to buy the insurance. Details were all explained. However the real test will be if I have to do a claim, which I hope I wouldn't.

Like other insurance services online, very few use the recommendation for writing or explaining terms in Plain English.
Tick needs to be more explicit and clearer on exclusions or what is not covered
