Purchase process was easy and the policy was reasonably priced for our age and pre-existing. As we haven't used them before can't comment if the claims process is as easy as the purchase process!
It was a great comparison to other companies with COVID cover and was easy to buy the insurance. I have used the company once before so I didn’t hesitate this time.
User friendly booking process. I was initially concerned as to the exclusions only to realise that the minor pre existing conditions did not matter so long as they were not connected to a claim....

Send another email and after 4 days chase up again get a generic answer. If You guys don't honour your 24hrs response turn around time then...
Online service was good and easy to navigate. Used you last time we went overseas but didn’t need to use insurance. Just told my friend about you - they are coming with us and also using Tick
