I had a 15% discount quote saved but 3 days later the 15% didn't apply - I guess it expired, I'm ok with that but I don't think the notification popped up or into my email saying only 1 day left or...
I have sent 2 emails with enquiries but am yet to hear back about either. If you do not provide a contact phone number, then at least reply to your emails.
