Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

I have had 2 items that were not in top condition. 1 had no leaves on and the other had dry dead leaves on.

Packing catastrophe

Service was excellent but when I opened the package contains the plants they all fell out so I don’t know which is which. I’ve lost a few but the others are growing strongly on the window sill
