When placing an order you have to select the country for delivery (in your case France) this then lets you know if the items in your basket cannot be sent to your selected delivery address. Unfortunately, we can only send seeds to delivery addresses outside the UK. This is why your orders never arrived. The extended delivery times that overseas deliveries experience, can leave the plants lacking in moisture and light for long periods of time. These unsuitable conditions result in poor quality plants or bulbs which do not meet our customers expectations. A full refund on both orders was processed. ~ Regards Faye
