Not good, nothing received.

They could deliver the product. Nothing received, emails unanswered and unable to log in to track order.

Thank you for this review. Upon further investigation I can see that this order was delivered to another person. I can only assume (as this was a PayPal web order) that your PayPal account picked up these alternative details from a previous order that you placed?
I've tried phoning you this morning but the telephone number we have on file is not connecting. Subsequently, I have refunded you for this order. I'd also like to send a complimentary £5 voucher by way of an apology for any inconvenience caused. If you'd like to contact our Customer Care Team, they'll be happy to help you.

I'm so sorry to hear of your disappointment with your order. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to put things right for you. I'm pleased that the replacements arrived as ordered. You are still awaiting Rhubarb Champagne 2 Budded Pieces and Digitalis (Foxglove) Sugar Plum 6 plug plants which are due for despatch by the end of November 2017.
