Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately as we are working with live plants we are unable to specify exactly when they will be despatched. We are not able to delay or push forward orders items as again we are working with live plants and this is not something we are able to offer. I am sorry. I will however pass on your feedback. In future we are able to amend the delivery address or add a delivery instruction to the order. Kind regards, Shannon
