Not quite 5 star

Happy with the service. Only did not give 5 star as the plant could have done with better packing around the root system. When opened all the soil had fallen away. If nobody had been at home to repot...

fast delivery,packed reasonably well ,but quite a few didn't survive

Fast delivery,packed fairly well but plants a bit leggy and lying flat ,hence quite a few didn't survive.As this was a special offer it was still good value.

I am pleased that these are started to also recover but again I am sorry that they arrived in such poor condition. We always stand by our 100% customer satisfaction and I do hope that if anything was to go wrong again you would let us know straight away. None of the Munstead survived and only 4 of the Hidcote produced viable plants. I believe that to be correct, but their labels were not found until packaging was disposed and labels were BENEATH the...
