poor start, good recovery
order duplicated due to no confirmation e mail being sent on first attempt at ordering. billed twice and 2 sets of seeds sent. one lot contained some wrong seeds. customer services sorted everything...

Excellent - tall plats suffered
All plants arrived on time. Nealry all were in excellent condition. Som eof the cosmos were too tall for the box and were bent over - some had snapped and these did not survive. Now all planted out...

I am slightly dismayed that T&M have not sent me a full seed catalogue although I know it is all 'online'; somehow this seems less convenient when one is planning for the following year...

Thank you for the gift voucher, that was not my intention. Must say the quality of products is better than competitors I have tried in the past. Loved the nicotiana garden ready, stunning colours especially the pink great scent of a night, wish you had more.
