Very helpful member of staff. Only two staff members in the shop who did seem busy so had their been more customers needing help (as there started to be) they may not have coped so well.
All staff were very polite and welcoming.I was a little surprised to find that I needed to give an email address for the advertised 20% discount as I hadn't noticed the tiny print on the notice...

Assistant chatting and unaware of queue but very helpful and friendly once serving
