Professional, efficient and helpful

The organisation of our holiday was faultless and everything worked as per plan except for a one hour wait at passport control at Geneva but this only delayed but did not upset our onward travel...

Holiday was great, just let down by airline
Well organized through out hotel and area excellent. Only poor thing was Swiss contracted out their flight to Baltic air The most uncomfortable flight ever safety standard appalling.
